terms
the plain version of what using pebble means.
this is a draft. placeholder wording so the page exists while the site is being built. it has not been reviewed by anyone, and it is not the final text. the real version replaces it before pebble is in the app stores.
what pebble is
pebble is an app for sending one person small things — a doodle, a photo, a feeling — one connection at a time. by using pebble you agree to these terms, and to the privacy notice.
your account
you need an invite from someone who already has pebble to get in, and you must be old enough to hold an account where you live. your account is yours: keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
what you send
what you send stays yours. pebble needs only the permission to store it and deliver it to the one person you sent it to, and takes nothing more.
send only what you have the right to send, and only to someone who wants it. pebble is for the few people you would give a pebble to — not for anything unlawful, harassing, or intended for someone who did not invite you in.
the service
pebble is offered as it is. we will do our best to keep it running and to keep your pebbles safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available, and we are not responsible for loss that comes from it being unavailable or from a pebble not arriving.
we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
changes
if these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so inside the app and on this page before the change takes effect.
